Journeys are thoughtfully designed, fully supported experiences created to allow you to travel with ease and intention. The information below is provided to ensure clarity and transparency as you plan your Journey.
Booking Policies
Reservations & Pricing
Trip pricing is listed per person based on double occupancy rooms and quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Your trip price includes accommodations, meals, guided activities, group ground transportation during the Journey, and logistical coordination throughout the experience. Airfare, travel insurance, and certain optional experiences may be additional unless otherwise noted. (Ask our team if you want assistance with air travel.)
Deposits & Booking
A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to reserve a space on a Journey. Deposit is fully refundable up until the full balance is due (95 days before departure). If final payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
95 - 61 Days Before Departure: 75% Refundable
60 - 46 Days Before Departure: 50% Refundable
45 Days or Less Before Departure: Nonrefundable
Individual Travel
Single occupancy rooms may be available on select Journeys for an additional supplement. Availability is limited and confirmed on a first-come basis.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel protection plan to safeguard your investment against unexpected changes, cancellations, or interruptions. Travel insurance options can be discussed prior to final payment.
Passport Requirements
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport requirements for Portugal. If you have a question about this, please let us know and we can offer guidance.
